Flourish & Thrive Collective was founded on a simple belief: when women, youth, and communities are given the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive, entire generations are transformed.
Today, that vision is led by founder Noni Banks and strengthened through a growing network of partners, facilitators, volunteers, mentors, and community leaders who help bring our mission to life every day.
Noni Banks, Founder and Executive Director, The Flourish & Thrive Collective
Noni Banks is the Founder and Executive Director of Flourish & Thrive Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, wellness, leadership development, and economic opportunity. She is also the founder of The Diva Movement, where she has spent more than a decade creating programs, events, and communities that help women build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and navigate life's transitions.
A nationally recognized speaker, strategist, and community builder, Noni has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, workforce development, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has connected thousands of women and youth to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Her leadership has earned recognition through appointments to the Facebook Small Business Council, recognition as a Smart 50 Top Executive, and the WELD Ohio Women Welding the Way Award, Who’s Who in Black Columbus. Noni holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Otterbein University and is passionate about building stronger communities by creating pathways to wellness, leadership, and economic mobility.
